Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all major cities across Pakistan. We are working on expanding our shipping network to cover more areas soon.

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday - Saturday). Orders placed on Sunday or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on the courier's website.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If the delivery is unsuccessful after 3 attempts, the package will be returned to us. In such cases, you may be charged for re-shipping.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order or a full refund.
