7-Day Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy for most products purchased from Softstribe Store. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unused and in its original packaging
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
  • Returned within 7 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer
  • Products with broken seals or missing packaging
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Please include photos of the damaged product and packaging when contacting us.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  1. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
  2. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
  3. The refund will be credited to your original method of payment

Return Shipping

For standard returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For defective or wrong items, we will cover the return shipping cost.
