Easy Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, you can return it within 7 days of delivery.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Get Authorization: We will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number within 24 hours.
  3. Pack the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Include the RA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the Item: Ship the package to the address provided in the RA email.
  5. Receive Refund: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Return Conditions

For a successful return, items must be:

  • In original, unused condition
  • In original packaging with all accessories included
  • Returned within 7 days of delivery
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items That Cannot Be Returned

  • Items that have been used, opened, or damaged
  • Items with broken seals
  • Personalized or customized products
  • Software with opened license
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product:

  • Contact us with your exchange request

Warranty Returns

Many products come with manufacturer warranties. If your product fails during the warranty period:

  • Contact us with proof of purchase and description of the issue
  • We will coordinate with the manufacturer for warranty service
  • Depending on the product, you may receive repair, replacement, or refund
