How to Display Posts with Full Content in Elementor

Elementor is a powerful page builder for WordPress that allows you to create stunning websites with ease. By default, Elementor’s Post widget displays excerpts of your posts.

However, if you want to display the full content of your posts, follow these simple steps:

Step 1: Add the Posts Widget

  • Open the page where you want to display your posts using Elementor.
  • Drag and drop the Posts widget from the Elementor panel onto your page.

Step 2: Configure Content Settings

  • Click on the Content tab in the Elementor panel.
  • Under the Layout section, choose your desired skin (e.g., Classic, Cards).
  • In the Content settings, set Excerpt Length to 0 or leave it blank. This ensures that Elementor won’t cut off your post content.

Step 3: Enable Full Content Display

  • If the full content still doesn’t display:
    • Go to WordPress Dashboard > Settings > Reading.
    • Set For each article in a feed, show to Full text instead of Summary.

Step 4: Customize the Post Content Appearance

  • Under the Style tab, adjust typography, colors, spacing, and alignment.
  • You can also enable pagination for better navigation if displaying multiple posts.

Step 5: Publish Your Changes

  • Once satisfied with the design, click Publish to make your changes live.
Bonus Tip: Use Elementor’s Theme Builder to create a custom single post template that displays the full post content automatically when visitors open individual posts.
