How to Downgrade Galaxy S25 Ultra from Android 15 to Android 12

⚠️ Warning: This will erase all data. Backup first!

  1. Unlock bootloader (required for flashing)
  2. Download the factory image for Android 12
  3. Install ADB/Fastboot on your computer
  4. Boot to Fastboot mode on your Galaxy S25 Ultra
  5. Run commands:
    fastboot flash bootloader bootloader.img
    fastboot reboot-bootloader
    fastboot flash radio radio.img
    fastboot reboot-bootloader
    fastboot -w update image.zip
  6. Reboot and complete setup

  • Ensure battery is at least 50% charged
