Firmware is the software programmed into the Read-Only Memory (ROM) of a device that provides control and instructions for the hardware.

What is Firmware?

Firmware is low-level software that interfaces directly with hardware components. It tells your device how to operate at a fundamental level, controlling everything from how the device boots to how it communicates with different components.
