As the name indicates, Traffic Tour is a car racing game. There are loads of racing games available on the Play store and it might become difficult for you to choose the best one.

Most of the games seem similar and fulfills the basic requirements of a good racing game. However, a great car racing game is the one which offers a combination of great graphics and smooth controls with a touch of reality.

Traffic Tour belongs to this category as it has great graphics and controls with a gameplay close to reality. Unlike other games, the game has traffic going on your way and you have to keep your car crashing with other traffic.

As I have mentioned earlier, the game features high quality graphics and that too in a really smaller size. The game is just about 70+ MBs which makes it suitable to install on every phone.

It means you can enjoy this game even if you own a low budget phone with less storage.

• Controls

The controls are smooth and you are given the freedom to choose the suitable control mode for you.

To move your car left or right, the game has 3 control modes:

• Button Mode: You will be provided two buttons on the screen to move left or right.
• Steering Mode: You are given a steering wheel to move the car.

• Tilt Mode: No need to press any button or steering, the car will move left or right as you tilt your phone.

Moreover, you can choose the accelerator or throttle mode to be automatic or manual. In case of manual, a button will be provided to accelerate your car.

I chose the tilt mode as I am used to it in all the racing games I have played. All the controls are fine and smooth and it is totally your personal choice to select the right control mode for yourself.

Gameplay:

The game starts with you designing your number plate and choosing a flag. Give your desired number or name to the plate and choose your country’s flag. The flag will also be displayed on your number plate.

After you are done with this, you have to choose a car. But initially, you have only one car that you own. The other cars can be bought later when you have earned enough in-game cash.

You don’t have any money at the start of the game, which I think is a bit rude. We should at least have a little cash. However, earning cash is not very hard in the game.

However, to upgrade or customize your car, you can always head towards the garage (Of course, when you have the cash) where you can buy parts and other stuff for your car.

You have to be careful with the traffic and try not to crash your car as it can be bad for your car and race.

The game offers several playing modes:

Modes:

• Career mode:

Career mode is the real mode in the game, which will move you forward in the racing world and will make your career.

You will have to complete missions in this mode. In these, you are not competing with anyone but with time. Plus, you have to deal with the traffic.

You will have to complete all the checkpoints in a specific time duration. If you are not careful with the traffic, your car can crash. To fix your car, you need to buy a life.

• Racing Now:

You can play online with a random opponent or race with your friends by connecting your Facebook account.

After connecting your account, the game fetches your friends who are already playing the game or you can invite your friends to the game.

To race against a random opponent or friend, you will have to spend in some cash before the race starts. But don’t worry, you will get your money back plus some prize cash if you win the game.

• Endless

Race in free mode and you can get an opportunity to win free cars. But you have to unlock some items to play this mode.

• Free Ride

Practice yourself in this mode but you have to unlock some items to play this mode.

• Time Trial

Have to complete checkpoints in a specific time period. To play this mode, you first have to unlock

Traffic Tour is a great racing game and can prove to be a good time killer for anyone.

One thing that I noticed is that earning in-game cash is not very difficult in this game. You can make cash by playing the career mode or the racing now mode quite easily after every race.

The game is free to play with some ads of course. But the ads are not very long or much annoying.

The game has in-app purchases which requires you to spend real money and some modes will persuade you to spend your real cash but don’t worry you can enjoy the game without doing so.
