Happy Pakistan Resolution Day (March 23rd, 2017) to all Pakistanis. I’m glad that I am writing this article in order to spread aware to all Pakistan regarding Facebook.
I was browsing my Facebook News feed and I came to know that people set up some robots and Facebook IDs to share blasphemy content on Facebook which is really serious issue. Because it hurts one’s (religion) believes and shares incorrect information about someone’s religion.
So, Pakistan took some serious steps to warns Facebook developers and HQ to resolve blasphemy content issue from Facebook as soon as possible before March 27th, 2017. If Facebook fails to resolve blasphemy content issue before the deadline otherwise Pakistan will banned Facebook.
Where this is coming from?
Right from Supreme Court of Pakistan
In today’s, Supreme Court hearing, which took place by Justice Shaukat Aziz Siddiqui of Islamabad High Court (IHC) who has given:
A final deadline for to resolve blasphemy content issue from Facebook.
Deadline: March 27th, 2017.
He further stated that:
if Facebook does not cooperate with authorities over removing blasphemy content from its big social media network then we will have to officially banned it throughout Pakistan.
When the issue was delayed and Infuriated by Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) about the issue, he remarked that:
A referendum should be conducted by the government in public whether they would support Facebook or the respect of Holy Prophet (PBUH).
He further criticized on the entire nation that:
If we don’t update selfies, check-ins & food images on social media profile we will surely not die.
Justice Shaukat Aziz adjourned the hearing session and summoned a complete report from Secretary Interior Ministry on 27th March.
